Return Policy

Thank you for purchasing our product(s) at coolestcreations.com.

In order to be eligible for a return, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving the item.  Returns are only for items that have a product defect.  Items that are returned need to be in their original, unopened packaging, and all tags need to be intact.  Shipping and handling are non-refundable.  Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.  The following items are final sale:  tights and window decals.

If an item is defective, the customer has seven (7) days to notify us of the defect.  We will either exchange the item, issue a refund in the original method of payment, or offer a store credit in the amount of the item.  A picture of the defect, along with proof of purchase, needs to accompany the customer's email. Once we received your item, we will inspect it and contact you with the status of the return.  We reserve the right to deny a refund without a picture of the defect and proof of purchase.
